Hessian-To Rock at Record Store Day

From Portland, ME, the band Hessian has been filling the Northeast with its weird magic and heavy metal boogie since 2009.

Angus McFarland takes guitars and vocals, as does Salli Wason. Tim Webber can be found on drums and percussion. Dann Rich is on bass. Together this band takes classic Rock and Roll and Old Metal to a higher level.

In 2014 Hessian released their debut album Bachelor of Black Arts with Stormspell Records. The release of that album then propelled them on a 26-date US tour from Seattle, WA to NYC.

In early May of 2015 they plan to head to Chicago for the Ragnarokkr Metal Apocalypse festival. In late May they will then head to Sweden for the venerable Muskelrock festival.

BUT you can see them now. Tomorrow, in fact. On Record Store Day. In your favorite record store, the ever lovely Bullmoose Music in Bangor, ME @ 2PM. However, I suggest you go early to get your awesome records because who knows what the state of the building will be in once Hessian is done. Guys, I’ve listened to their album, and it is mind blowing. I wouldn’t be surprised if people can’t find the roof once their set is over.

Be there. 2PM. Bangor Bullmoose. Seriously.
